Inside, the property is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, WiFi and a fully equipped independent kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. It also has an alarm system.

The villa is a short distance from several sandy beaches such as Benirras, Cala Xarraca and Cala San Vicente, as well as the villages of Sant Joan, Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza, San Lorenzo and Santa Eulalia. There is also a supermarket 2 km away.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure

The kitchen ustensil + barbecue should to be more recent The dishwasher little bit old Internet a little bit low especially for working and sometimes on Netflix

If you want a 2 minute drive5 minute walk to the village, this is a bit further away. 5 minutes in car to local bar/restaurant and small market. 10-15 minutes drive to Santa Gertrudis, a very nice village with cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. 15-20 minutes drive to beach, but the villa pool is great.

Ubicacion perfecta, muy tranquila. La mejor piscina. Un jardin muy bonito. Y en general la comodidad de la casa. Buen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Son detalles pero se pueden mejorar facilmente, barbacoa oxidada, cafetera funciona mal, calidad del agua (olia mal y tenia arena) Una ducha para la piscina estaria genial!!
