Beautiful Ibizan style house with stunning sea views, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, situated on the beach of Cala Vadella, and where you have other beaches nearby as Cala Molí, Cala d'Hort, Cala Carbó, Platges del Compte, Cala Bassa..., and 7km from the village of San Jose.
The house has 2 outside dining areas, where you can contemplate the sea views while you are eating, one of them next to the swimming pool and the other one in the barbecue area.
It has a swimming pool with beautiful sea views, measuring 10m x 5m and with night lighting, outdoor shower and garden furniture (sun loungers, tables and parasols).
There is also a chill out area.
It has 4 double bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people.

Accommodation of 250 m² and 4,000 m².
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, safe, internet access, air conditioning in the main room and the rest of the rooms with fan, private swimming pool, TV, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English).
The independent kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The tourist tax and the refundable deposit is not included in the price, you will be informed when to pay it and it will be paid to the agency.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

The villa is very spacious and clean. The outside area of the villa is just perfect. The views are stunning. The large gardens are very elegantly decorated. The swimming pool is gorgeous and its skimmer is working perfectly. They provide numerous and very clean to new towels. Wifi works perfectly. We had an absolutely lovely stay!

Some light renovations might be necessary at some point in time in the kitchen and in the upstairs bathroom.

The two downstairs rooms were a little dark but I'm not sure there was much that could be done about that. The kitchen was also a little dated and there were loads of ants! We made sure we kept the kitchen clean but maybe treating the ants would be a priority.

thanks for the comment, in Ibiza all the houses are in the countryside, and logically there are ants, unfortunately the ants were not there when the girls cleaned, but it was solve...see more
